Fitzpatrick and Martin Show their Support for Costello in Cabra-Fingals

Fianna Fáil Leader Micheal Martin and European candidate Cllr. Mary Fitzpatrick show their support for Local Election Candidate David Costello in Cabra-Finglas this week. Costello who is a first time candidate for Fianna Fáil in the new Cabra Finglas electoral area said:

"It is great to have the support of both Mary and Micheal in my campaign. I have worked hard in the community over the last number of years and feel with their support I will be a strong voice for the people of Finglas, Cabra, Phibsboro, Glasnevin and the Navan road."

"The response on the doors was very good while out canvassing with them. People are encouraged to see new faces being introduced to politics. Fianna Fáil is in a phase of renewal. This can be seen with the introduction of so many first time candidates around the city."

With just over two weeks to polling day Fitzpatrick backed Costello's Campaign by saying:
“David has worked with me voluntarily as a Local Area Rep. for Fianna Fáil in the Cabra-Finglas Area over the last 12 months. In this time he has shown real commitment to our community by getting involved with local residents groups, attending local Policing Forums and the Navan Road Community Council and generally working hard to bring improvements to our area.  I would ask you to  please give him your support as a local candidate so that together we can both ensure our area is well represented into the future.”
